We combine traditional painting and tools (acrylic, pen, pencil) with digital media. We chose not to use virtual paintbrushes, and instead do all our paintings by hand. Regarding the final color art with our pictorial style, especially for illustrated books and covers, we paint each picture element separately (background, characters, and objects) with traditional tools, black gouache on paper, pen, and pencil.Then we digitize them and use Photoshop to color the image. The decorations are all designed by us.We use the adobe illustrator program to build the floral modules of the decorations (fabric designs, jewelry). The coloring process is very complex and has been developed after many years. The final result is like a painting on paper or canvas.
